New all-meets experience, security improvements
July 26, 2020
This is our weekly update, and we’d greatly appreciate any feedback.
New features / significant changes:
- New all-meets experience. It’s not uncommon for our users to flow through 6+ meets within a single hour, and our goal is to make this unique experience flawless. In the new design, we have clearly separated previous meets (on the left), next meets (on the right), and the current meet (in the center) — this should make it easier to keep track of where you need to be at the moment. In addition, we gave more space to the current meet by auto-minimizing next/prev meets, added progress indicator, made breaks more visible, and made follow-up and chat on slack buttons more accessible. There are still many other improvements in our backlog, but we wanted to release something working earlier to get your feedback — we’d love to hear if you think we are (or aren’t) on the right track.
- Compliance with AWS Security Hub Standards. Security is our top priority, and this week we’ve completed our effort to make our cloud infrastructure fully compliant with AWS Security Hub standards.
Small improvements & bug fixes:
- [BUG] Videos show-up with a significant delay
