Why we don’t send automated marketing emails

If you ever receive email from email@example.com you can be sure it was written and sent manually by a human. And no, we don’t have a mailing list, so you don’t need to be afraid to share your email address with us.
There are three reasons why we don’t engage in these common practices:
1. We care about your productivity more than we care about our growth
Our goal is to reduce the amount of distraction in your professional life, and we don’t want you to learn about us from automatically generated noise.
We may reach out to you by email or through social networks, but unless you engage, we won’t send more than two follow-ups.
2. We believe that sooner or later you’ll hear about us from your friends
We’re working hard to build an amazing product for that to happen very soon.
3. We use shared Slack channels to support our users
Our goal is to provide you the same level of support you’d expert from a team in your own organization. We will be there for you and if there are important updates we’ll share right there.
